North Atlanta Dermatology Project

Following a roof collapse, PSG Inc. completed a comprehensive Design-Build structural and interior restoration. The 11,000 sf medical facility houses 18 exam rooms and 4 laser treatment rooms. The building restoration included new brick and EFIS skin and a TPO roof membrane. Aside from the standard office finishes, the interiors featured granite and Cherry wood flooring, fabric wall covering, and stained Oak crown, chair rail, and base.

Atlanta Gas Light Corporate Headquarters

 

Prior to forming Pinnacle Services Group, Inc., the principles played key management roles in the successful completion of the 250,000 sf headquarter relocation project. Equipoise

This project converted 13,000 sf of standard office space into a full service health and fitness facility. The space included the latest gym equipment, Pilates Studios, personal and group training facilities, Massage Therapy, and an Orthotics Lab. The facility also housed locker rooms and showers.

Atlanta Gas Light Resources Villa Rica Depot

 

This was the third Depot facility of this size that Pinnacle Services Group, Inc. completed for Atlanta Gas Light Resources. The facility functions as an equipment service and business center. The 6,800 sf building is constructed of a pre-engineered building frame, metal and masonry skin, and a standing seam roof. All the sitework, utilities, and landscaping for the 2.5 acre site were included along with a 35,000 cf onsite storm water detention pond

This renovation took a vacant Colony Square tenant space and converted it into a 1,100 sf, day spa and salon. To accomplish the feel of a Caribbean Spa, custom glass wall tile mosaics, teak flooring, natural fiber wall coverings, and bright colored fixtures were utilized.

This 14,000 sf law office renovation was particularly difficult because it required that the work take place around the day to day operations of the 40 partners, paralegals, and associated staff. As part of this renovation the main library was modified to accommodate a new conference room, storage area, and two new attorney offices. All the finishes were updated, and all the custom wood workstations were restored. A variety of other renovations have been completed by Pinnacle Services Group, Inc. for this client.

St. Luke’s Episcopal Church

This project was a comprehensive renovation to the Quintard Sneed Reception Area at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church. The renovation required that the existing interiors be completely demolished. The new floor plan provided a larger receptionist area, better circulation, and additional storage space”. The new walls were a combination of drywall and raised oak panels. New ceilings were a combination of drywall soffits with raised semi-concealed grid ceilings accented by light coves. Carpet flooring was replaced with over- sized porcelain tiles install in a distinctive pinwheel pattern.

This interiors project revitalized the 30 year old, 4,600 sf main Sanctuary. A suspended light and sound truss along with the new perimeter oak light cove were constructed to blend with the newly refinished wood structure. This comprehensive restoration included renewal of the pews, Altar, organ, installation of a theatrical lighting system, flooring, and the construction of a new audio booth and choir platform.

This multi-phased 14,000 sf office renovation posed the challenge of completing the renovations while the staff of 145 high net worth investment specialists maintained full operations. This renovation required that the occupied system furniture be relocated to accommodate the replacement of all flooring and wall coverings. The project also included total renovations to the main elevator lobby, reception area, break room, mail room, and large conference room. All the cherry office partitions were refurbished, and two new cherry cased openings were created, in keeping with existing millwork features.

St. Catherine’s Episcopal Church

 

St. Catherine’s Episcopal Church

Prior to forming Pinnacle Services Group, Inc., the principles managed the construction of the 7,500 sf sanctuary addition, and renovations to the 30,000 sf education facility. The Sanctuary was constructed of structural glulam beam- columns, exposed structural pine double T&G decking, architectural shingled roof, with an EFIS, masonry and storefront skin. The Sanctuary featured a commissioned glass sculpture suspended from the skylight over the Baptismal Font.
