Northeast Atlanta ENT

The NE Atlanta ENT project, was originally an existing 15,600 sf building that was subdivided into 5 different medical tenant spaces. We completely gutted 13,100 sf, and converted it into one large medical suite with a surgical center expansion area, and an existing medical tenant suite. This renovation required that we completely rework the original electrical distribution system , eliminating 3 tenant subpanels and meter systems, while keeping the existing medical tenant in full operation. The renovation included relocating the main entrance, adding an entry canopy, 9 Exam rooms, 2 Audiometric Rooms, 3 treatment Rooms, a CT Scan Room, offices, staff break room and a large conference room.
